1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is not part of our non-returnable items, such as clearance or opened personal electronic items like headphones or smart home devices (if applicable).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at admin@holava.xyz with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Ship Back the Product: Once you have received your RA number, package the item securely and send it back to us using the return shipping label provided.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to health, safety, or other reasons. These include but are not limited to:

  • Opened or used personal care items (e.g., earbuds, smart home devices).
  • Products that have been damaged by misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications.

If the product you wish to return falls under this category, we will inform you when you contact us.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is processed, we will issue either:

  • A full refund (minus return shipping costs) to the original payment method.
  • An exchange for the same or a similar product if you prefer.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at admin@holava.xyz. We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Proof of damage: Please provide pictures of the defect or damage to expedite the process.

6. Late Returns

Returns received after the 30-day return window may not be accepted, but we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. If the return is eligible for a partial refund or exchange, we will contact you with the details.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or damaged products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
